| Excel Technology South-Asia was created in April 2003 as a subsidiary of Excel Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLTC). Its primary mission is marketing, sales, service, and support of select laser manufacturing subsidiary products of Excel Technology, Inc. In addition it offers state-of-the-art laser applications laboratory feasibility study support to industrial and scientific customers throughout the surrounding geographic region. Specifically, Excel South-Asia serves India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Qatar, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bhutan and the United Arab Emirates. |
